What is the Dubai SME Learning Hub?
Providing access to comprehensive learning is one component of Dubai’s drive to provide startups and SMEs across all stages with access to a comprehensive set of end to end enabling growth services delivered by local and global best in class operators.
Who is eligible to join the SME Learning Hub?
The learning content is relevant to startups and SME’s within Dubai, or planning to enter Dubai.
How do I register for the SME Learning Hub?
Courses can be accessed without registering, however the best experience is by creating an account either via UAE Pass or via email.
What type of businesses or industries does the programme cater to?
The learning courses cover all of the components that a startup or SME should be well informed about.
Is the training material available on mobile devices?
Yes. The learning hub is fully responsive and content can be consumed on desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile device.
How does this programme help entrepreneurs?
Generally startups and SME’s are time constrained and working with small teams. Finding time to learn is precious. We have created learning content with this in mind. Key learnings, delivered within the context of Dubai.
Do I need to pay for the training content?
Online learning content is free of charge.
Do I need to complete the training material in a certain amount of time?
No. The learning content is all self-paced learning. It can be consumed entirely within your own time.
Is the training content available in multiple languages?
Content is available in English and Arabic.
Are there any certifications or credentials offered upon completion?
Students will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course. The course is informational and designed to assist startups and SMEs.
Is there technical support available for any issues that I encounter?

What makes the Dubai SME Learning Hub unique?
The learning content is contextualised for Dubai.
Can established businesses benefit from this programme or is best suited to start-ups?
The content is designed for businesses that are scaling up, starting up or planning to get started.
Are lessons and resources rated for AI-human collaboration?

Yes. All of our lessons and resources have been developed using both AI and human support, so they each come with a rating in accordance with Dubai’s Human-Machine Collaboration (HMC) that was launched in July 2025.

Our lessons are all rated ‘Machine-Led’ as they were drafted by AI with human fact-checking and created using an AI studio with human-designed animations.

Our resources include a diverse range of types, from templates to articles, so their ratings are either ‘Machine-Led’ or ‘Machine-Assisted’, which has a balanced mix of AI and human input.

These convenient and clear ratings are applied to every video and resource, so you can see at a glance how it was produced.
